    Shopping Information

    Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    We estimate our delivery charges according to the parcel's total weight. The first 1kg will be free of charge and after every 1kg there will be an additional charge for that. 

    How long will delivery take?

    Delivery takes usually a day. but in some cases and business holidays, it may take up to couple of days.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    We confirm your payment. If your payment was cleared from our system then we will check out your location. After that packing process start and next we will handle our order to our curioir company.

    Do your products comes with an warrnaty?

    Yes. They do come with MobiliZeLK warranty and AppleCare ( only for AppleCare warranty issuing products )

    What is Mobiliezlk warranty?

    We give a certain warranty period for every product we sell except for tempered glasses and back covers. if the product is not physically damaged and comes up with manufacturer's defects, will replace a new product within our warranty period.

    How long do I have to return an order?

    Do you accept credit card payments?

    Yes you can use any vis, master, amex, American express debit/credit card to pay us

    Do you offer a cash-on-delivery service?

    Yes, we do. You can simply select Cash on Delivery option in the checkout page

    Do you accept crypto payments?

    Mmmmm, yes. We accept crypto payment via Binance's official payment gateway. So all you need to do is select the Binance Pay option in the checkout and scan the Qr code and pay via USDT. 🤗

    Can I pay you via bank transfer?

    Yes, you can deposit to our bank account. Please select the bank transfer option on the checkout page when you make the payment. You will get the instructions.

    I accidentally deposited extra money?

    That's not a problem. Contact us through our contact number we will arrange your refund. 🥰

    Orders and Returns

    Exchange Process

    To return an item, please email customer service at info@test.mobilize.lk or contact: 076 603 1611. We will guide you on how to make your returns. If you are returning via courier service, Place the item securely in its original packaging and Purchase Invoice from MobiliZeLK, and mail your return to the following address:

    Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process you an exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
